I rarely go out without earrings. For me, they’re one of those small details that make a look feel complete.
I have plenty of pairs for every mood and occasion, but vintage earrings are a different kind of obsession. There’s something about them that instantly improves even the simplest outfit – a little drama, a little glamour, a certain attitude.
They’re also my favorite styling shortcut. When I don’t feel like putting together a complicated look, I’ll wear a simple shirt, T-shirt or tank and let a pair of ’80s or ’90s statement earrings do all the talking. Somehow, that’s often enough.
Whenever I travel, I always end up looking for a vintage boutique. It’s become a little ritual, never knowing what you’ll find, and occasionally coming home with something that feels like it was meant for you.
